Internationally trained Executive Chef / Owner, Glen Bent has worked in five-star establishments all over the world including the prestigious, Sandy Lane Hotel. Since Glen and his lovely wife, Faye, opened Cariba in 2008 here in Barbados, they have earned a loyal following of repeat clients. Glen’s novel flair in the kitchen, coupled with Faye’s warmth & hospitality, and the support of a friendly and professional team makes Cariba a favorite with our residents and visiting gourmet food lovers.
